COSI

This year, Limited Brands invited our whole family to take part in a holiday party at COSI on a Friday night after hours.

We first went to Lego Land! Wow, it was pretty cool but a bit old for Lily still but enjoyable none the less.

They had these amazing statues and buildings all hand crafted from Legos! We often thought of our nephews who are Lego fans and thought how much they would have liked this little Lego village.

Lily and Rob both had fun playing in the lego bins and building

Rob was having a blast, it's so cute to see him participate more and more in family activities.

The Queen, the Princess and the Prince on a throne made of Legos, in front of a stained glass Lego window

After Lego land, we headed over to a buffet dinner. There was a little kids station - homemade mac n cheese, mini corn dogs and chicken tenders and then there was an adult station - chicken alfredo, marinara over pasta, italian sausage and veggies, bread sticks and salad. With a full dessert bar.

We all ate up our dinners and proceeded up to the Kids Space

I think this was Lily's favorite place in the Kids Space - the Doctor's office which had all of these babies. Look at that happy face!

She took wonderful care of her babies, wrapping them in blankets, holding them, shushing them, speaking sweetly to them, giving them kisses (although I would tell her not to, ya know the whole 300 kids have kissed that face already today...).

Rob was so happy the entire trip. Even though we didn't get there until 6:00pm and then home around 9:00pm, they both were great until we told Lily we had to go. She didn't want to leave

Driving and ridng in the ambulance

At the very end of the night, we finally found the pretend kitchen area. Rob had a sit, while Lily served him make believe food

He felt like such a big boy!

Not quite sure what this is supposed to be - a play hut? a barn? Either way, it was quite, and we had to drag the kids out of it, buckle them back in the stroller and hustle it to go to one more exhibit. Progress - which shows a little town scene from 1928 and 1968, my favorite.

It was such a fun night, we were so thankful to Limited Brands for hosting such a fun, family centered event. I love that Jordan works for them!

I love COSI. I used to love taking my Girl Scouts down to be locked in. We had such a great time always. So glad Limited did this for their employees
