Last BBQ of the Summer

A few weekends ago, we had some of our good friends over to have the last BBQ of the summer since I am close to delivering - as is my friend Jen who also came to the party. It was a warm, humid night but the food and company more than made up for it. Jordan smoked a beef brisket (Thanks to Candler) and sausage all day long before the party began. Everything was tasty and the beef was gone by the end of the party.

It was such a warm night and the kid's cheeks were getting flushed so we put some cool water in the water table and the kids loved it.

We also put up the tent tunnel and the kids had a blast running through it or just sitting with each other and giggling. In this picture it looks like Lily and Dallin are in there flirting ;)

Here are the four musketeers - Savvy, Lily, Olivia and Dallin. They were all so thirsty and hungry after so much playing!

After dinner, we had music playing and the kids danced on the patio and talked into the fan

Here the kids are playing on the slide. What strikes me most about this photo is just how green Ohio is in the summer time. I love it. And we live in Suburbia and we still get this beauty, plush green backyard.
