We just went to the doctor yesterday for Lily's 1 year appointment. Lily did pretty well although the doctor found out she is fighting an upper respiratory infection right now - he could see 10 white bumps on the back of her throat. Yuck! He noticed that she appears very social with great eye contact and attention span.
How her stats stack up:
*Weight: 20 pounds - up from 18lbs 4oz at 9 months
*Height: 29 1/2 inches - up from 27 inches at 9 months
Lily had 4 shots and a finger prick, which of course sent her into tears! On the way out of the doctor's office, I met with the receptionist to schedule her 15 month well visit. Lily had the most dead pan, sad face I have ever seen on her! The receptionist tries to make her smile with no luck. Right as we are about to walk about, Lily turns back to her, waves and giggles! Too cute!
