Lynd Fruit Farm

This past Saturday we ventured out to Lynd Fruit Farm in Pataskala, which is about 25 minutes from us here in Powell. We invited our good friends - the Forsgren family - to come with us and enjoy some apple picking and fall fun! The Forsgren's just welcomed their 4th child who is 4 weeks old. Kudos to Jimmette for taking the baby with us to an apple picking fruit farm! Way more adventurous than I was at 4 weeks with Lily :)

Audrey, Joshua and Kaleigh inside the tent

The tent where they sold all kinds of fun fall items - homemade jam, vegetables, pies, bread, fruit, cider - yum!

The kids wanted to look at everything!

They got to pick out a sweet smelling cantaloupe

We asked Joshua to give us his best carrot eating face and this is the end result!

After playing in the tent and spending $14 on jams, gourds, pumpkins and cider, we headed out to the apple orchards - specifically the jonagold area and picked about 20 lbs of apples! We got to eat them as we went too. Lily enjoyed gnawing on the apple as we drove home.
