Party

Lily is napping (after playing/talking in her crib for 45 minutes), dinner is in the oven (beef and mushroom lasagna) and I am going to get a quick post in before Jordan arrives home from work.

We had a wonderful weekend, on Saturday which was May Day, we had a party for the Hanna family who swung by Columbus on their way up to Medina to bless their little baby Molly. We had the Stansbery's, Eve's, Roessner's and the Philpott's.

Jordan made sure everyone left with a flower, in honor of May Day. On May 1st, 2005 Jordan proposed to me outside his duplex at 1972 N. Fourth Ave. May Day holds a special meaning in his family, it is a time to honor the lovely ladies in your life by giving flowers, so each year I receive lovely flowers. This year, Lily received a cool orange flower (no clue the name), I received lily's and then there were a bunch of purple flowers for our lady guests.
