Easter 2014

Here are some photos from Easter 2014 here in Sandoval. We celebrate all the non-religious things (Easter baskets, egg hunts, candy, etc) on Saturday - calling it Secular Saturday. This year we celebrated with minimal candy and a few fun little treats - Doc McStuffins bags.

Baby Marius (about 14 weeks here) had a little set of bunny ears as well. He was struggling with excema on his face in this picture.

Egg hunt! They separated the hunt into three different age groups, which was great.

Lily, as were all of the kids, were super excited to get those eggs!

Me and little baby M drinking some milk

Once the horn blew, the kids ran for the eggs. Jordan took Robert to the little kid section and I took Lily to the one up age group. Instead of getting as many as eggs as she could, Lily chose to only pick up the pink eggs. All of the eggs she picked up were pink. She went slowly and methodically. It was so cute to see!

There were bounce houses and the kids jumped and jumped

At one point, Jordan couldn't find Robert. Where would Robert be? Oh, just looking at the blower motor. Ya know...

Lily loved helping a little girl slide down the slide on the playground. Such a caring little girl

More bounce house fun

Marius and I had already gone home, but the kids stayed later and got cotton candy, hot dogs and capri suns. It was hot!

wherever there's a motor or an engine or a fan, we all know we can find Rob. I hope I live long enough to see what this turns into for him and for the world.
