*Late post*
Early in June we were traveling home from having dinner with the Eve's on a Sunday evening. Right as we are about to pull in, our next door neighbor's, shout to us that there is a home around the bend with all kinds of stuff on the curb.
We drive over and there is a mad amount of stuff - bed frames, nightstands, mattresses, shelves, books, toys, etc.
So what do we do??
Ask our neighbor Karl to use his truck and load up everything we can!

We found out the people were moving the next day. The homeowner was mowing his lawn as we were packing up stuff in Karl's truck. He finishes mowing his lawn, and then rolls the mower over to the curb too! Score!

I have no clue why someone would put this on the curb for trash the next day! No friends to come pick it up? Not even a call to the American Vets (or whatever it is called)?
We ended up keeping some of the items (including two crock pots which I was in need of!) and then having a huge garage sale for the rest of the items. We also had some new neighbors move in that we gave some items to for free :)
You never know what you'll find on the side of the street!
