Hartsdale Drive

Jordan and I have been on the house hunt for about 5 months now. With not much luck and an unsettled for most of the homes we saw, we kept on the hunt.

Jordan happened to offer service to a recent widow in our ward one evening and we both went over before the activity to survey the job. We stiked up conversation with Pat and we found out she may want to sell her home.

Anyway, a week went by and Pat called Jordan to see if we were seriously interested. We were! So she ordered an appraisal and a home inspection and everything turned out great.

This is the home on Hartsdale Drive...



We will speak with a lender this week, I think Fifth Third, and then sit down with Pat to see if we can all come to a price that suits the both of us. We are going without realtors to make it a better deal for the both of us. We know a mutual real estate lawyer from church who Pat will pay to draw up the purchase agreement and the deed.
